dubiousintent Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Have you followed the "Basic Guide to install mods" wiki article? In particular the "Enabling INI loading" section? But also the guidelines on moving your Steam folder out of the "C:\Program Files" folder? Those are generally the reasons INI changes don't "take". -Dubious-
weird32 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 (edited) Umm, i"m new here and I'm stuck at using the Resource / HxD Tools because there is an error in the appearing which says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close application. THe error goes away if I don't use Resource Hacker or HxD but I can't MOD the ini file Edited September 9, 2015 by weird32
