Level Cap from dlc

hi. i have been worried but is this right: if i have like all dlc's from fallout but i dont have broken steel will i be able to get the level cap increase from next dlc's and be able to get broken steels as well when i get it? for example :

 

Operation: Anchorage: level cap increased to 30, The Pitt: level cap increased to 40, (xBroken Steelx), Point Lookout: to 50, and Mothership Zeta: to 60. and if i get the broken steel dlc at the end will it increase to 70?

Uh no, as far as i know 30 is the max unless i missed something.

sorry the only DLC adjusts your level cap is Borked Steel

 

if you want it higher - use a mod to raise it to 100
