Using songs in your mods

Hi,

 

There's some radio mods that use real songs. How can I find out if the song (New York, New York by Frank Sinatra) is allowed to be used in my mod?

Check the song's copyright status.

 

I doubt you'd be allowed to use Sinatra's music though. Still heavily copyrighted.
