Increase Maximum S.P.E.C.I.A.L Stats by 5 or 10

It's a safe bet that this is hard-coded into the game, but if not, would it be possible to increase the maximum S.P.E.C.I.A.L Stats?

 

While this may break the balance, it would be fun, right? And for those who don't like it, or think it would break the balance, they don't have to say anything or download it.
