you don't actually need a mod for this

if you have the Living Anatomy perk, you can see the same details (or maybe this only works in VATS, i'm not sure)

but you can get this effect if you are using one of the items from the Advanced Recon Gear mod by Gopher (i think that's the name)

it should probably be really easy to find too, since it's probably in the Top 100 mods
