I could use some recommended necessity mods please?

so I have been away from Skyrim for over a year now, closer to a year and a half, and i missed A LOT. the reason why i have missed so much is because of my failing pc issues, things are better now but for a long time there i didnt know what the problem was or had the money to fix it. things are back to some sense of normality but it is stil a crap system (win7 32bit, might as well be a paper weight, ugh). still i was wondering if i could ask some assistance in the more essential mods department? nothing overly humongous like say PerMa or an ENB (nothing against those, in fact i would love to try them but my pc cant handle stuff that heavy, hell if memory servers way back when i couldnt install Immersive Armors V.7 because it was too big for my pc, time for an upgrade eh?) but things that still could be considered necessary for the main game would be a big help.

How much RAM do you have? And what video card? (How many gigs?)

4GB of RAM and my video card is a AMD Radeon HD 7900, 3072 MB. the card is pretty good but everything else is kinda junk.

These are all of my active mods, and man oh man my game is unique as hell, my graphics card is kinda ancient (AMD Radeon HD 6670 1gb) so I cannot use a lot of cool other mods that are heavy on video RAM and RAM overall, I do have 12gb of RAM, but my video card lacks, so I can't use the most from my RAM.

But you should give those mods, Warzones - Civil Unrest, HD mods, and the Skyrim Flora Overhaul, makes the game waaaaaaay more laggy for me, but for some people it has little to no effect, you should check it out.

And also some necessary mods are EnBoost (for me), stutter remover, anti crash, and some utilities like Wrye Bash, Optimizer Textures and.. idk probably other stuff I can't remember.

thanks, these are some pretty good stepping stones, vTemporalZEROv stutter remover and anti crash are ones i have not heard of, ill have to look into those, as for EnBoost i seem to remember giving that one a shot and it was a pretty helpful dealio, but i had completely forgotten about it till u mentioned it, thanks for reminding me of that one. i dont know what Optimizer Textures is off the top of my head so ill have to check that out, but Wrye Bash is one i did use and still confuses me, ill have to relearn that one, that wont be easy. ill be sure to look over your load order in full, there is a few there that i dont recognize but i shall look into them over time. thanks again.

No problem, and if you want a "god staff" since literally, my mod setup WILL make a whole new game out of Skyrim's gameplay, less health, more damage, new weapons, enemies, monsters, everything, you can check out the Dividing Agrome, I personally use it since it just really is ridiculous to use, it is OP so just so you know.. it will kill stuff, not instantly, but pretty quickly, it is a staff that fires a ray of light, but if you really haven't played Skyrim in that long, with my mod setup I recommend it, just look it up by me or by the name, I don't use my own mods usually, but this one is fun as hell, watching them go flying lol.

ok made a fair bit of progress on these, got quite a few installed but i ran into a snag i hadnt expected. before i go any further i would like to thank you guys for giving me a hand with this. bben46 i actually do use that function quite a bit, but mostly i go with the recently updated section as alot of those mods have gone cold sadly.

 

the only problem i have run into so far is that it would seem that both UFO and AFT have also gone cold, they're no longer supported, so i was just wondering what follower overhaul would you recommend?
