Seeker17281
Running into a problem with my beloved Neeshka where out of nowhere, she suddenly freezes in place and will be like a statue. She'll allow you to interact, access inventory, talk, look at her various sub menus, but if you tell her to teleport away, she says farewell but doesn't go anywhere. Then there are times when this behavior pops up as she gets paralyzed and falls down and won't get back up, even if I cast Cure Paralyze on her. If I zone, she'll zone with me, but then fall over and lay there unable to get up (and no I didn't slip her a roofie). Resummoning doesn't help either The weirdest part of it is, when I load a earlier save where she was fine, she displays the now buggy behavior. I've exited the game, restarted with a earlier save, and she'll still make like a statue. I have no clue how to trouble shoot this, so if anyone can point out a itemized process of debugging her, I'd reaaaaly appreciate it :(
Smooth613
My first questions is: What has changed since Neeshka behaved properly? i.e. What mod(s) did you add or remove? What else, if anything, have you changed in your setup? Use the mod Actor Details, along side Conscribe, to get more information on what mods are affecting Neeshka when this problem occurs. This would be the place to start. This way you'll know if and where a conflict might be happening. Then you can troubleshoot further to resolve the issue. Smooth613; Hey Brother  Thanks for the reply, should've known there was a utility for this  As far as what changed, that would be a little hard to say, other than I bounced back and forth between the main quests and doing side quests, and she's been doing this on all 3 of my characters, just with my Spellsword its been the most troublesome due to the frequency of it. Happens about every 12 hours or so of playtime I'd say as a rough guesstimate. About the only thing I can think of in that character's profile that is different is that I parked one of the NPC companions I used for a while and left her there (from the SashaSonja CM) because she was constantly nuking me in the back or getting stuck in doorways so I found her (Sonja) to be more trouble than she was worth for the extra firepower. I've downloaded the recommended file, next time it happens I'll definitely make use of it asap. Last night I managed to find a saved game where Neeshka wasn't buggy and picked up from there, lost about a hour's playtime in the process but made up for it by knowing exactly what to do so it wasn't that big of a hardship, just...you know...its one of those things you'd like to prevent from happening if thats possible by correcting anything that's perhaps amiss. What I found so puzzling was I get that every now and then, a file might go wonky if something is saved that way, but when a game was saved and everything was working fine, and you run into a occurance like this, loading a earlier save of say, 10 minutes ago (via Streamsave) and the exact same condition suddenly takes place, and even exiting the game and loading a save before that 'newly corrupted' one does the same thing to yet another saved file, its almost like there's a bug lurking in your ram or something that's lurking in wait for you to load up a new save just so it can squeal "Gotcha!" I'll get back with a report asap and again, thank you for being so helpful mate, much appreciated.
