I've an idea for a mod but modding ain't in my blood, help&#33

Like the title said. I've zero talent for modding Fallout New Vegas.

What is the "idea"?

My "idea" is about making a new faction, it will have quests too, new bases, it's like combining the NCR, Legion and any other faction you could think off. I call this new "faction" the Alliance but if you have a better name, please do say it.

The problem is, modding ain't in my nature and is there a team of veteran modders willing to help me?

Equipment?

An Alliance trooper has a set of Alliance Armor (the helmet and armor is identical to the Combat Armor Reinforced Mark II but with a different design), standard issued weapons (Service Rifles, Hunting Rifles, Vermint Rifles, 10mm Pistol or anything else) or their own weapons.

There are others too, Veteran Alliance Troopers, blah blah blah...

Veteran Troopers has a set of veteran armor (obvious >.>) and their own weapons.

Medics are advised to wear light - medium armor and lots of medical supplies.

That's all I've for the ranks. If you have other ideas, please say it...

How does the player activate the mod ingame

That's up to the willing modders.

Storyline/Plot?

Think of this as a small joke...

One day, an NCR trooper and a Recruit Legionary met during their patrol and a gunfight broke loose. Right after the gunfight started, a pack of Golden Geckos attacked them. Out of fear, both the trooper and the legionary ran into an abandoned shack and blocked the doors from inside. Both of them blocked the door with everything they could find in the shack. With a pack of golden geckos at the doorstep spelling "danger", the NCR trooper negociated a deal with the legionary and he agreed on a condition. After removing the barricade, one of 'em opened the door with the "no one's home" signal. Out of nowhere, a golden gecko ambushed the unlucky person. After much wrangling, the golden gecko ended dead but the rest of the pack was nowhere to be seen. That didn't bothered the both as they shooked hands and walked away, remembering each other's faces and names. They met again 5 days later but this time, both were in a patrol group. Yet again gunfight broke loose. After much blood spilled, it was 2 v 1, the legionary in "1" and the trooper in "2". The trooper recalled the promise (the condition) and shot the other NCR trooper. Again, they saved each other's lives. Right before the trooper left, the legionary had a proposal which the trooper said "yes" and then started the new faction, the Alliance. The Alliance was opened to anyone who wants to be an Alliance, whether you were kicked out of your previous organization or just wanted to participate, anyone is welcome.

DarkHoly1234: I still need to improve on the storyline but if you have any ideas, please contribute =)

Now the question is, who or which team is willing to help me?

A pair of traitorous cure! Based in the Searchilght area, the NCR do not have the troops to police these new bandits (which is pretty much how they would have to begin), but I think they would be a prime target for the Legion who would hate them - especially any legion traitors... of which I get the impression there would be few as they are more likely to throw themselves on their swords than desert or fail. I would think there would be few ex-Legion compared to ex-NCR, Vipers, Khans, and even the occasional Fiend, etc. But go for it.

The Legionair would have probably been a weak tribal, both physically and mentally, unsure of his own abilities and fearful of failure and execution as Ceasar is a want to do with failures. The NCR Trooper is probably a troublemaker, a bully who signed up to avoid winding up in prison back home... probably deals in the black market, drugs, stolen weapons, etc... and obviously murder, and has seen his share of disciplinary action - a common thug who sees his way out of the army. Most crooks aren't bright. They can be clever, even have a quotum of intelligence, but most work harder at crime, harder at not doing honest work than they'd need to do if they had a normal job! Would have to be really well done for me to use it...
