Malicious ad/further hacking?

It was a mistake (now fixed) that premium members got it. It was only supposed to display to us non-premium pond-life :laugh:

 

I got it myself this a.m. Worried me a bit but now I know what it is, it's all cool.

I got this add 5 times today and it said it will redirect you back to tesnexus, but then it redirected me to a white blank page and my computer logged off. Seeing as I have master skills in reverse hacking I got it back working again.

Overall the thing that bothers me most at the moment is not being able to open new tabs whilst searching in the nexus any more, but these redirection ads are messy.

 

Plus I've had 5 in the last 2 or so hours. Just frustrating enough for me to actually post on the forums. Oh no!

I get them fairly frequently, its annoying to back out of, but there is a nasty redirect that "locks" you into it. Only way to get out is shut down your browser. That one I suspect will start driving people away from nexus sites. It has me thinking about it.

When clicking on FOTM button on tesnexus, couldn't click away from that page without clicking "are you sure you want to leave?" so i ended chrome in taskmanager.

 

Unless this is a new way of making revenue, HACKED

I don't mind some banners, but this kind of ads I don't like, they are too intrusive and I don't see any reason for adding them, also they appear more than once in 3 hours.
