Vendor creation issues

I'm following the guide on the G.E.C.K

However I've got problems with the conditions tab bit - when I right click it as the guide says it just makes another responce box.

Either my laptop is a buggy piece of s***, the guide is out of date or I don't understand what I'm meant to do.

 

So can someone help me either by:-

uploading a video on how to make a vendor in NV(I can't find one on youtube)

Letting me use a file with a premade quest linked to an empty inventory container

or any other helpful work anyone can provide will help me get back on track
