Is there a way to change the default number of items to sell from Max to min(PC)

im trying to raise my mercantile skill selling off a bunch of potions i made and i was wondering, when u click an item to sell if its in a stack when the screen comes up that asks how many you want to sell is there a way to change it so when that screen comes up it starts out at 1 instead off the slider being all the way over at max amount you have, or is there a mod that changes this?

This mod will let you hold ctrl and click to sell one item, or shift click to sell the whole stack. I never play without it.
