zelazko
I wonder if mods will run on a version of the Dragon Age from steam (online store). I'm thinking about buying the game on steam. I don't wanna buy the game, and then learn that it isn't compatible with the mods which greatly enhance the game.mMaybe perhaps it is better to buy the game in traditional way - game in the box? DarkeWolf
Some of the file directories are different in the steam version than the disk version. Which makes some mods not install correctly if they are installed with an installer rather than manually installed. Most people that mod out their games prefer the disk versions of the game for that very reason. Hope that you enjoy the game once you get it. Most of us around here love it

Installers obviously need to be pointed at the correct folder to work(like dragon age redesigned). Otherwise, no hiccups so far. I owned the game previously on PS3 and I've made the jump to PC for the mods, better performance, and better controls. I'm so glad too, I was getting tired of the prudish sex scenes where Morrigan puts ON a bra.
