I need a modder to help me.

This is a REALLY weird race/mod (idk) that im interested in. I will probably have to make it myself, but I need help. i've never made a mod for a game. Here is the race info:

 

Its a race which the males have the body of females (CBBE). The male uses the female animations, armor, skin, skeleton, physics, etc...

The males are recognized as males by Skyrim by calling the player "He" and not "She"

 

I have no idea how to do this. If someone could give me a mod link that does this or knows how to do this and can tell me, that would be much appreciated.

The closest I have ever gotten to doing this is putting the cbbe body on a male, but the face is messed up, the arms as well, and the armor is the default male.
