More of a CS Problem

I'll make this brief:

 

Face editor for NPC's: doesn't work.

I get this screen:

and whenever I change a value, my CS goes to "Unresponding" then soon crashes (EVERY TIME).

 

Nothing else does this same thing, only the face editor.
