Render Window Problem

Okay, I've been modding with the GECK for just about a year now and have never had this problem until today. I open the GECK and load up the Cell I want to work on, and everything is great until I use the filter, or sometimes even just the object window, once I use it, the Render Window just goes white. It won't let me load any other cell or do anything else. Also, the Toolbar dissapears.

And sometimes, I have trouble placing items, like they won't show up in the cell view or render window.
