LMB-RMB not attacking or zooming but working

I did a full uninstall of all my mods and the entire game because I thought this was caused by a mod issue.

I uninstalled the game and deleted everything in the FONV steam dir. Also I deleted everything in the FONV dir in Documents.

After reinstalling the game, I found that I still cannot 'attack' with the LMB or zoom with the RMB.

I can use the LMB for everything else, except selecting it to be used for 'attack' in the options menu.

If I select another key for 'attack' it still doesn't work.

Mouse drivers are up to date. (running Vista)

I hope someone has the answers.

I guess for some reason I couldn't draw weapons/fists in Doc Mitchel's house. After going outside everything works. Beats me.
