Unpacking the BSA Files?

when you double click the BSA, it should open it up using FOMM (which i assume that you have)

in the window you get, just find the mesh that you want (you could easily find the name and path in the GECK)

extract just what you want, because unpacking it all does cause problems

 

if you do unpack it all, make sure to delete the folder that has all the hair and body info (i think it should be meshes -> character)

if you don't, you will have bold spots and other such problems (many people have reported having these, so i assume you might have the same problems)

 

so again, i would recommend that you only extract what you want

and i believe that when you choose an item, and extract only it, you don't need to give it a path, as it already has the path (so you just click extract or whatever, and let it work)
