I find it breaks the immersion that I am the only one of my kind XD But I shall be keeping a old of it for future playthroughs. Anyway, for now, try this: Open CS, then your mod and quickly go to edit the face (click on the "advanced tab"). If it won't crash, save your work as soon as you're done.
