Actually that is not necessarily a pose mod and the quiver is also not necessarily from the Mina armor. If you have installed Hentai Mania 2, I'd advice you to take a little tour through the "meshes ->armors" folder in your Oblivion directory. You will come a cross folders with all the armors from the mod - including one that comes with a txt file saying "Oooops! There is no texture!" That is an unfinished outfit with this exact quiver mesh on the back. It is linked to vanilla textures and copy pasting it's branch to another armor should be a piece of cake.

 

Anyway. This has been asked many times in the mod detectives thread and there was also a request for it in the mod request area. I think it was called "Quiver relocation" or "quiver on hip" or something like that. and sadly, as of now it is not possible to make an actual, working quiver. It would need an enteire new set of animations to make this work and at the moment nobody is able to do that.

 

So the quiver is either a pose or simply part of the armor. Sorry :(
