Random Crashing - Not sure what's causing

It's not an issue of "missing masters." If it was, you would CTD at the logo screen, before you can even get into the game, so we can scratch that off the list.

 

Also, SafetyLoad is outdated. You should be using SKSE's memory patch function instead.

 

If you still have BOSS, installed, I'd like to see the complete BOSS log (including the SKSE version info, bash tags, error messages, and mods not recognized by BOSS). Copy/paste it here and enclose it in a set of spoiler tags so it won't clutter the screen.

 

Have you made any tweaks and edits to the game ini files?

First, The only ini tweaks I have made are the ones that are in the STEP guide, and for the grass mod I use.

 

Secondly, I use the most up to date SKSE, you will see in BOSS order.

 

Thirdly, I've used BOSS religiously since modding oblivion, so I will never get rid of it.

Ripple is right that you don't need Safety Load although it doesn't hurt and it acts as a placebo for me. But a lot of that is explained in this stability guide:

Sorry to kinda necro this thread.

 

The controller on my main hard drive, ended up dying shortly after my last post. I've finally gotten a new hard drive and I'm running a clean install of skyrim.

 

I'll post if I run into any of the same issues, but othewise I will follow and install everything that was suggested.
