Fortification Hill Weapon Bug

Upon entering the Fortification Hill, I agreed to hand over most weapons (i.e. all but holdouts) to the guard but no weapons are confiscated. Even worse, upon leaving the weather station, the guard will usually confiscate your weapons but again, no weapons are confiscated. Because of that, I was stucked in the weather station so I had to use the teleporter...
