KMA Posted January 1, 2011 Share Posted January 1, 2011 I found that if I had more than 6 Enchantment Effects on an item at one time (actually a recipe) that the game would crash. Is this a hidden maximum that was not coded into the GECK (since the list allows you do add many more than that)? Or is it a limit of the text being displayed, so that when the list of 'Enchantments' goes off the display area this is what causes the crash? I also noticed the Hide Effect checkbox which seems to apply to the entire effect. If it a text limit, and I cannot reduce my text enough to compensate, will Hide Effect work? Fumofumo Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 Yeah, apparently it has something to do with the effects going off the end that created the crashing. In Fallout 3, Abbreviated Effects by Unospazmatic alleviated that problem by simply abbreviating every effect so that it was shorter.
