FOMM error

Well i suspect it happen when my cousin install a Nexus Mod manager and somehow my FOMM was integrated to it,also when i reinstall FOMM i still get the same solution,well my only solution to this was to change the directory of NMM to somewhere else and separate it from FOMM directory or something like that,any solution to this?
