LE Faster Conversation Skipping?

I play Dead is Dead, and the first few days of getting back to speed is a painful rehash of the same conversations.

You can click to short cut many conversation pieces, but is there a mod that lets you:

 

• Instantly run through all currently available conversations, picking up all the map additions and quests?
• Hurry through special conversations you can't skip like listening to the Jarl of Whiterun go on about being a dragonborn?
