Povuholo
Make a new A.I. package (go to characters->packages) and change the package type to Use Item At. Set the day of week, month and date to -any- and time to 0. This way the npc will sit in the chair forever. Go to the target tab and tick the box of specific reference. Then find the cell there with the chair you want the npc to sit in. Find the reference ID (The chair will need a persistent reference (select the chair and tick the box) or it will not show up. Change the package ID (top of the window) to something unique and press ok. Click on the npc you want to add the package to and click on the A.I. box. Then drag your new package from the packages window into the npc's packages list. Remove any other packages they have (unless you want them to have them.)
