Astymma
Any time you have a part of a mesh stretching out like that, it's because the armor/body mesh has been weighted to a bone in the skeleton that is not present in the skeleton you have installed. Since the bone is missing, the renderer has no idea where to actually place the faces/vertices of the mesh in 3d space so they get placed at 0,0,0 world origin... which tends to make them seem to stretch out to infinity. If you are using a BnB armor, you'll need to install the BnB skeletons(1st and 3rd person) and if you want the armor to animate, you'll also need to install the BnB animations. The skeleton files and animations are all in the BnB install in the meshes folder. Specifically you'll need data/meshes/characters/_male/skeleton.nif and data/meshes/characters/_1stperson/skeleton.nif for the skeletons and all the files located in the data/meshes/characters/_male directory and subdirectories (idleanims and locomotion) from the BnB install for the animations. You don't necessarily need the body nif files from the _male directory if you want to use a body mod that isn't the default BnB body... you just need to install the .kf files (the actual animations). You can also install just my Compatability Skeleton for NV if you don't care about the animations and just want a 1st and 3rd person skeleton that allows you to use BnB armors.
