Skyrim keeps crashing need help

I don't know a lot about modding and would like some help fixing my Skyirm. I downloaded a mod like a usually do and this time it won't let me open Skyrim through the SKSE launcher. It opens then crashes immediately as it goes to the main screen. If anyone knows how to fix this respond please.

Here is what I would do:

1. Add Sherson's Memory Mod.
2. Add Stable UgridsToLoad cell stabilizer mod.
3. Run the Papyrus Data Transfer Gui - eliminating orphaned stuff.
4. Run LOOT - Get everything in order

5. Make a bashed patch with Wrye Bash

6. Run TES5Edit - tells you if it should all run by finishing without an error message,
7. By Shor, pray to Talos.
8. Run the game
