I get this error when pushing "add" when trying to add a script to an item.

Assertion
assert

File:
c:\projects\sbailey_buildfarm09\tesv\current\BSScriptProperty
typeinfo.h

Line: 73
Empty set function for settable non-auto property

Then this error pops up when ever i try to add ANY script to ANY item.

script
Script"*scriptname*" had errors while loading, it will not be added to the object

and when I attempted to open the properties window it gives me this error.

Errors encounted while attempting to reload the script.

I am running all DLC and It happens only if i load skyrim or if I load my mod too.

Redownloading Both CK and Skyrim, with out any mods, seeing if it throws the same errors

Your post is hard to read, but the path to your script

File:

c:\projects\sbailey_buildfarm09\tesv\current\BSScriptProperty

Doesn't look correct for making any changes through the CK. The file path for most installations is usually

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source

IDK why it pasted like that.

But I have my install in my D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim folder.

the c:\projects\sbailey_buildfarm09\tesv\current\BSScriptProperty file does't exist.

Did you extract the scripts.rar archive located in your data folder and place the scripts folder you extracted in the data folder?

yes...

I get a lot of errors when I click add also. There are some scripts from other mods in my scripts folder that either aren't complete or the pex files are packed in there bsa file. What happens when you click yes to all to disable warnings. If the warnings go away I wouldn't worry about it if the file in your post is not yours.

but i can't edit proprieties of ANY scripts and I can't add scripts to any items. And I'm trying to work on a large personal story based mod that adds to hearthfire

I've also tried on a fresh install of both game and CK, it throws the same errors, and i still can't do ANYTHING with scripts.

Also does the same thing when using a completely new computer... I am using windows 8 on both. 8.1 that is, would this be causing the issue.
I do have an old... (2009 HP PC) Computer running windows 7 pro. using as a Development build for some software. Have't used it in ages though.

Gonna give it a shot, because I've spent along-time working on the this mod, even have some voice actors lined up.

Are you running CK as administrator I remember stg about the UAC with windows 8.

Also are you running CK through Mod Organizer? I don't use it but have heard of problems with that too.
