Oblivion Install Failure

Alright, I'll give a brief explanation, a dxdiag right now, and anything else as they ask for it.

 

Oblivion disc files: damaged or in unknown format:

When I install it I only get these files in the directory, nothing else:

It looks like you may have a defective disk. Try this:

Try to exchange the DVD if it is new.

 

If it is not new, or exchanging is not an option
