SoulOfLost Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 I'm having an issue where I can't seem to use a vendor/trader without crashing to my desktop when I hit 'accept' after making a transaction. It appears to be related to Mart's Mutant Mod as it stops happening when I turn that one off. However, I would like to use this mod and I am looking for some help in getting it running. I am using ArchiveInvailadtion, FO3Edit and even used FO3MasterUpdate, and use FOMM for my load order. This is as much as I have puzzled out. I admit I'm usually lost if anything like this is beyond the KISS stage. There are edited traders with your tougher trader esp. Only thing I could find. I would try it without that option. Also I have not used or heard of a few of your mods like A1_The_Naked_Gun_by_Oppaiko.esp or 100% Force Lock Chance.esp. I would check to see if there are any conflicts with those and MMM, though I can't see how this would cause your vendors to crash. ??? I once had a problem with vendors crashing when accepting payment for some items that I added scripts to. I had scripted them kinda messily so it would crash when buying multiples, but not singles. I'm curious to know if you experience the crash any time you buy anything. Like, try buying just one thing, does it crash then too? Sucks that MMM is causing the errors, it's a great mod and I have experienced many bugs and crashes with mods, but never with MMM. Have you tried reinstalling the mod, and resting for 3-6 days (I think resting for a long time is supposed to refresh MMM's settings)? One is new perks, the other just gives a chance to force a lock for those of us who don;t like the lock pick minigame. The game crashes on any buy attempt, regardless of amount. Add in anything else and I have the same problem. Doesn't seem to matter what mod or DLC it is. Would an earlier version of MMM work better by any chance?
