Make keystrokes control journal?

So I use a gamepad (Logitech F310) on my PC when I play Oblivion. I also have Oblivion on Xbox so I'm used to hitting "B" to close out of the Journal and other menus (such as looting or shopping), or hitting "X" to "Take All", but on PC I must move the mouse over to the appropriate button to exit out of that menu or to take all. Also, I'm used to hitting "RT" and "LT" to toggle between the character, inventory, magic, and journal menus either left or right, and I'm used to hitting left or right on the D-pad to toggle between each tab associated with the aforementioned menus, but again, on PC, I must click on each tab to switch to it.

 

What I'm looking for is a mod that would allow you to assign certain keystrokes to perform each of these actions. For instance, I configured my gamepad so that each button on the controller was a certain keystroke (example: I use "A" for the spacebar). Is it possible for a mod to make, let's say, the letter "J" on the keyboard to toggle to the left and the letter "K" to toggle to the right between the stats, inventor, magic, and journal menus? And then to make two other keystrokes to toggle left or right on the tabs under each of those menus?

 

I know that this is poorly worded, but I hope you understand what I am requesting. Seeing as I have 0 idea on how to mod even the tiniest things, I have no idea what I would do to make the game perform these actions if I mapped them to my controller. If this is possible to create a mod for, could you possibly make it so that I can input which keystroke I want to perform each action? Maybe putting in a readme that explains what file to edit and what to enter to change each value?

I just remembered, I wanted to know if you could also add a function so pressing a certain keystroke could make you toggle the next/previous option in messageboxes. By this I mean, like when you choose your race/class/birthsign, you have to click on a certain option (Such as your race) to edit that option, and for all the toggling, you have to use the mouse (instead of simply pressing up/down, or left/right). If anyone has played the console version, you should have a good idea of what I'm asking for. The ability to use the D-pad to toggle between every option in messageboxes, so you don't have to highlight everything with a mouse and then click on it.

 

Sorry for all the questions/requests, I'm just really sick of having to use the R-analog stick as the mouse and having to drag the pointer over the button in order to click on it. I just want to use the D-pad and RT/LTs exactly like I do on the Xbox version of this game.

 

If a mod like this exists, please let me know. The closest thing I found was the QZ easy menus, but that's still a long way off of what I'm looking for.
