McclaudEagle Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 Hi. I am trying to make a realism mod for Fallout New Vegas, but I am having a problem with the weapon damage. It's a bit unrealistic that Guns skill would affect the damage the firearms are capable of. Example: If I set a gun with 90 damage, ingame it will appear something like 45 instead. What I want to know is if there is anyway I can lock the damage capable...so that 90 damage in the GECK will be 90 damage ingame regardless of Guns skill? RadicalScorpion Posted January 14, 2011 Share Posted January 14, 2011 To make a weapons damage unaffected by skill, go to "Gameplay -> Setting..." in the GECK and change fDamageSkillBase to 1 and fDamageSkillMult to 0. To make damage unaffected by the weapons condition, change fDamageGunWeapCondBase to 1 and fDamageGunWeapCondMult to 0.
