Locking Weapon Damage

Hi.

 

I am trying to make a realism mod for Fallout New Vegas, but I am having a problem with the weapon damage. It's a bit unrealistic that Guns skill would affect the damage the firearms are capable of.

 

Example: If I set a gun with 90 damage, ingame it will appear something like 45 instead.

 

What I want to know is if there is anyway I can lock the damage capable...so that 90 damage in the GECK will be 90 damage ingame regardless of Guns skill?

To make a weapons damage unaffected by skill, go to "Gameplay -> Setting..." in the GECK and change fDamageSkillBase to 1 and fDamageSkillMult to 0. To make damage unaffected by the weapons condition, change fDamageGunWeapCondBase to 1 and fDamageGunWeapCondMult to 0.
