Bloody Mess 2 sawed off shotgun

i dont like the bloody mess perk butt i believe the sawed off shotgun should have this effect when equipped. i can't figure out how to add/make this enchantment or add any perk effect to an object/weapon when equipped please help

Bloody mess is an actor value. So all you have to do is make a script for the shotgun that does a

SetAV Bloodymess 1

on the actor that has it equipped. Bloody mess works for other actors too - not just the Player.

Were you able to figure this out stover? If so, mind walking me through it? There are a few weapons that I would like to have the Bloodymess effect added to as a critical.
