Deleted19556314User Posted May 10, 2015 Share Posted May 10, 2015 It occurred to me just now, after months of play, that the Dovahkiin is incredibly ungrateful! Help comes from so many, but in no place (that I have seen) is the Dovahkiin ever given the opportunity to say "thank you". Granted, the Dovahkiin does help others - tons of quests are all about that. But when getting help ... like how about a word of thanks to the Greybeards for their patience in teaching how to use words of power? A reply isn't even needed. Sure it would be nice, but that would entail messy stuff with voice. Or Fuz Ro D-oh - Silent Voice. A head bow perhaps? But not even that is required. It just seems, given how many are keen on making the game more immersive, that this has been overlooked. (OK, I haven't seen anything that does it.) Related: getting a follower: "Follow me. I need your help." That's it? No "Please"? Or "if it isn't your laundry day...." ;-)And here too, the follower fights by your side, and you never can say "thank you". Silly request? Perhaps.
