Cyrodiil Terrain Map install question

Hey, sorry if something similiar was posted elsewhere but i couldnt find it. Ive installed the cyrodiil terrain map...which I guess only involves extracting the files to the data directory which I did and the readme says this is all i need to do, the game will automatically load the new maps on startup, but it doesnt. I have the latest official oblivion patch installed, with only the Hermaeus Mora Daedric Quest fix/mod installed.

So i read on one of the forums that changing the date modified on the new map files should do the trick, but obviously that didnt work either.

I'll admit that im new to modding my oblivion game, but I thought it was odd that it didnt have any data files i needed to load from the oblivion menu, the readme doesnt indicate any such thing.

So you placed the textures folder into the oblivion/data directory? You should.

If it asked to overwrite when you extracted, did you say yes? You should. That's all I can think of...

Texture replacements usually don't need a special esp file, so that's okay.
