Models and textures

So this may be my last topic for awhile, because I'm working on some mods and trying to figure out how to make models and retexture stuff but I can't figure out how. So I was hoping someone could help me. What I want is kind of a complete revamp of clothing, armor, and weapons. I want them all remodeled to look like the ones in skyrim. Not because I want oblivion to be skyrim, it's just that the clothing, and the armor, and weapons in oblivion look really ugly, whereas skyrim's armor, weapons, and clothing look good. So if no one is willing to make a mod for me then could someone teach me how to do it? I've wanted to learn for so long, but never could figure it out. Thanks
