TheUndivine
In certain areas there seem to be large parts of floor that flicker through multiple textures when I move around. If I stand still it will stay on whatever texture is currently there. This also happens with certain objects and the Vault 21 outfit. I have gone through tons of setting changes (Blood/HDR, Antialiasing, etc) to see if the problem lied there but nothing was solved. Also, another odd thing that happens is that when I shoot the ground instead of a bullet hole it seems to delete the texture from that spot and leave a white square. I've spent hours trying to figure out what the hell is going on. I am using a Nvidia Gefore 450 which I've heard has been problematic for other people but for them it was always something that could be solved by turning antialiasing or bloom off. Here are some screenshots of the issue in effect. Before shooting. Everything looks fine.http://l2.sphotos.l3.fbcdn.net/hphotos-l3-ash1/hs732.ash1/162643_913809147102_12112225_48180528_2322567_n.jpg After shooting.http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash1/hs732.ash1/162643_913809142112_12112225_48180527_1308640_n.jpg Dr. Mitchells Magic Seizure Inducing Floor!http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash1/hs732.ash1/162643_913809152092_12112225_48180529_6887964_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1354.snc4/162643_913809157082_12112225_48180530_5501810_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1354.snc4/162643_913809162072_12112225_48180531_6744498_n.jpg It will flip through tons of different (what I assume are) texture files as I either move my character or my camera. I do have mods installed but for the most part they are all just body, clothing, hair, and weapon mods. I also have mods for centered camera, invisible wall remover, sprint, realistic repair, perk every level, level cap raised, killable kids, and underground hideout. Please help! BlackSampleAdmin
Its 100% the textures. if you don't have archive invalidation then get it. but i got this problem to fix it just got to Fallout_default.ini in the place where your EXE Launcher is and look for [Archive] to the last of its category find SArchiveList and see if Fallout - Textures is being blocked of by any MOD BSA that there is in there for example : SArchiveList=Fallout - ArchiveInvalidation.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa the bolded text should be as it is the rest of the bsa's you've downloaded should go behind it and place bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 to bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 if you haven't. i once made this mistake but fixed it this way. and also see if Fallout - Textures.bsa is not missing text like having spaces and etc...
