kingchozo
Ok, to start, I'm on Windows 7, I have Oblivion GOTY edition on Steam and I'm using OMOD and the OMOD version of the HGEC body mod. When I create the OMOD file everything goes fine, the box turns blue after I activate it and choose the particulars, yet when I start up the game, no difference. I've read a few different things sifting through threads about OMOD and HGEC, one of which says that when Oblivion is installed in Programs files (x86) sometimes mods don't work. So I reinstalled everything outside of that folder and still nothing. Something I noticed through screenshots is that once the OMOD is activated, it appears in the left column with all the DLC and other things with a box to check. When I activate HGEC it doesn't appear in the left column. Help?
GODSBANE123456
I have never noticed any difference in installing the game to the program files or to the c drive, the only difference is that it would not let me save mods that i edited, or that i created. The OMOD will only appear in the left column if it contains an esp or an .esm, neither of which HGEC contains because it is just meshes and textures. RaineAndrews
If you haven't, try BSA redirection through OBMM. Its under the utilities button in archive invalidation. Don't play with the options, just "update now" and play.
kingchozo
I didn't change anything, just played a bit with the DLC not activated, and it worked. When I activated the DLC again, it still worked. So, I'm not sure what the problem was but it works now. Thanks for the help though.
