Necromancist Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 When I try to change settings in the game, it says "A storage device has not been selected. Settings will not be saved." I'm playing on PC and have NEVER seen this before, I don't even know why I'm seeing this now. It doesn't seem to be doing anything (I can still apply settings, strangely enough), but it's still a bit weird. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Flinchergun Posted July 30, 2011 Share Posted July 30, 2011 Exactly, the same issue....I never had it before, back when I used to run the game on my older Window XP. But now, having updated my system to Win7 (32 bits) and with some updates from Bethesda in the way, the in-game settings are impossible to modify, always getting the "no storage device" message when I go back to the main menu. I have searched over Nexus and Bethesda's tech forums, and couldn't find any fix (none that worked for me) .... Wondering if the OP here, or any other user, might have found a solution for this issue, on the actual updated version of the game. Thanks in advance.
