Combat Voice Question

Hello ^^

On a whim I tried to make my own combat voice set from recources I still had on my computer. First off I have to say: as far as I know there is NO real tutorial out there on how to do this. I searched for over an hour and all I found were links to other Oblivion sound sets. So basically all you get is that the files have to be in the appropriate folder (which they are), they need to have the approrpiate names (which they do), they need to be mp3s and there are requirements for the exact format, which I only found on the Wiki in connection to the .lip files:

This creates .lip files for in game lip syncing when characters talk in the game. To make .lip files, you need the following assets:

* the source WAV files

* mp3 files created from the WAV files

o mp3s in Oblivion are sampled at 44.1 Hz frequency, 64 Kbps bitrate and Mono channels

And that is ALL the Wiki tells you concerning that subject, THE END. So basically, I got zip. I have the files in the approrpiate format, they are in the right place, but what now? The Wiki indicates that the CS creates the necessary .lip files, but how? Because the mp3s might be in the right format, but they don't work. All I get is silence. So... help? XD

EDIT: I HATE how things suddenly work as soon as you ask for help. I am sorry -.- For some reason I only had to copy paste the combat voice folder and give it the same name, AGAIN. That time the CS actually recognized it. Don't ask me how. Vista I guess.

So, This thread can be closed of even deleted. I am sorry for causing trouble.
