Playing with NPC Factions

In the construction set, I added the Riverview Faction to the player's faction list, and in game, Im still not allowed inside the Riverview Mansion, some silly Altmer kicks me out. And even if I use the SetOwnership command on the door, Im still chastised for entering the building.

 

Is there a way I can add my player to NPC Factions so I can say, enter a building I wouldn't usually be allowed in.

You could change the ownership (in CS or via console) of the cell,

 

or you could add the playerfaction to the npc faction, instead of the other way around. And give it a value of 100, so they'll be sure to like you. :)
