LE Cool Magic/bow Killmoves

Ever find that melee kill moves to be badass yet the magic and bow ones are just fancy/shaky camera angles? To me they seem a little boring. I'm wondering if anyone has considered making special killmoves for magic and bow users. Would it be too hard? I've never made a mod myself or else I'd be working on it. I'm going to look into the process but being a newbie and all, It'll prolly take a long time.

 

And by cool kill moves i mean really cool kill moves. They could be as minimal or as godly as you want. I'd think a master magician though would have some godly spells. For instance, your shooting chain lightning at a group of baddies and you kill one or two with it, instead of just a shaky cam showing it happening, It'll zoom into your character doing a quicker ritual spell animation sending of lightning bolts all around and several enemies getting electrocuted to death. Or the cam is behind the enemy looking towards you as you teleport behind him looking toward the camera, snapping your fingers casually as the enemy behind you is electrocuted/explodes into flames/freezes and then shatters/etc.

Or say your using a frost type spell. When the enemy dies, it should go to a killcam of the enemy freezing and your character doing a subzero fatality-ish move on him. Or simply just freezing his fist and beating the crap outta the bandit.

Or with a fire spell, zooming into your character flicking the wrist as if doing a alteration or healing spell, and a pillar of flames shooting skyward. Or an ethereal dragon head enveloping your character while a Dragon's Fire breath size plume incinerates baddies in a cone in front of you.

 

I've always wanted to play the game as a Dark Overlord character. A Master of magic, to take over all of skyrim by force, but the default animations and magic kill cams just feel lacking.

 

Bows might be a little tricky because the way the kill cams work. I always though the killcam activating was a guaranteed kill shot until i had one that actually missed (Caused me to die of course lol). But what would be cool would be a 180 spin dodge of one of their arrows and then your shot, or a run at the enemy slide on the ground shot, or combine some magic elements and teleport behind the enemy and do a point blank head shot. Or even where your character loads like 5 arrows and fires a shotgun like blast at the baddie (I don't really care if its realistic or not, I'm looking for epic Legolas badassery)

 

The list could go on. I would like to work on this but seeing as i lack the necessary skill set, it might not be done until the next elder scrolls comes out.

I know this could be not possible or a little unreasonable, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

I didn't think about this before.. although from quite a long time i'm using mostly bows in Skyrim.. On the other hand my first character was almost pure mage.
Now i've read your suggestion it broke new grounds in my mind for the possibilities of coolness :P

Imagine an X-ray vision in really slow motion for the archery kill moves.
And your shock spells brightening up the skeleton of your victim like a Christmas tree.. made of.. copper wires..? umm.. :tongue:

Or people struck with you fire magic, dancing in flames with accompaniment of their hysterical screams when they're turning into charred bones.. mwahaha.. ha.. um.. :unsure:

No, seriously, some effects could be really awesome. But demanding a good deal of work as well.

I'm also considering a more simple mod idea that could be incorporated into this (If it does not already exist):

Elemental conjured weapons. And not just swords great swords and bows, but maces and axes too possibly.

 

An Ice finisher could be freezing the baddie, and then using a conjured Ice mace to smash the baddie (and mace) into pieces. Then drop the shard of what's left of the mace and stroll off.

 

Run up and stab a enemy in the gut assassin's creed style with a lightning dagger.

Or a Master Conjuration/Alteration Mage opening Portals to Oblivion where the Arms of the Enemy are,paralyzing him with fear,opening one at the Throat and closing them with a snap of a Finger.That would just scream badass.
