Dark Brotherhood Reborn (the easir way)

Hellow, I know that i already made a request of a dark brotherhood mod, but i dont know why nobody is volunteering to make "Dark Brotherhood Reborn" so i would make my request a little easier one post at a time. Each quest will be about recruiting a member of the Black Hand with a sanctuary built in player homes. Each post i will make will mean an update so it could be a step at a time. If no one volunteers, you need to accept the fact that maybe no one is interested in making a DB mod like you want because of all the work needed to be put into it. Theres already some available, so no one really wants to repeat whats been done.

Quest 1: Speaker "Logan Lachance"

 

1. After you become Listener and have done your first weekly earning, Arquen will tell you that she thinks that now it is the time to restore the black hand.

2. She will tell you that she got a message saying that somebody wants to see the listener(you) for some reason.

3. After you read the message, it says that you have to meet the person in applewatch settlement.

4. As you know it the person in applewatch introduces you that his name is Logan Lachance, he is Lucien Lachance's younger brother, was happy that you were trying to save his brother's life(he will say it sadlly), and he wants to join the dark brotherhood as a new speaker just like his brother.

5. He will do it in one condition and that condition is that Arquen must appologize to him for killing his brother without further evidence.

6. You will escort Logan to the sanctuary and he will talk to Arquen.

7. Arquen will apologize and then Logan will forgive her cause he could tell that she means it.

8. Then Logan will approach you and he will say that the deed is done and will join the brotherhood as the new speaker and he will stay in the Sanctuary for now.

 

Result: Logan Lachance is now one of the new speakers of the Black Hand, he will stay in the cheyhindall sanctuary (for now), oh and i forgot to mention to turn Ocheeva's quarters into "The Black Hand's" quarters by adding two more beds, some bookshelves,some more decor, three study desks, and three chests( the three beds, desks, and chests are for you, Arquen(give her Ai), and also Logan Lachance), PS: i will explain more details when this part of my idea is made, thank you, from black.
