Modders Sound File MP3 Resource..

This topic is SPECIFICALLY meant for people who are modding the sound files of Fallout 3. It is a place where you can post locations where users can find unique sound files that are in MP3 or WAV or any other format that any of the vanilla Fallout 3 sounds are set as. I give all of the credit for anything that comes from me to my boss RyDragon. Here are just a few resources to find some great music files that will work with Fallout 3. Please be sure to be generous, kind, and open-minded when sharing ideas with others:

For the site above: I have been using this site for about an hour now so far and it is AMAZING! It has just about every sound file FREE for every game I know of listed to download in MP3 format. This is definitely a site to check out if you are looking to pull sound files from other games for resources! :) -TJE

For the site above: I haven't used this much yet but one of the best ways I have found to use this one so far is just: Google Search: "Name of Song or Title" followed by -mediafire. It gives you a listing for the name of the song you are looking for in MP3 format, again for FREE and lets you download the file directly (got WinRaR?), although it may not be the version of the song or title you may be looking for. Still, a good resource. :) -TJE

For the site above: Now for this one you DO need to create an account to get the sounds you are looking for however, the account is free with a working email address and it only takes about 5 seconds to sign up and start getting your free sounds. In the time that I have been using this so far I have seen both WAVs and MP3s for use. There are many other sound formats here as well. A great site for individual sounds i.e. sound effects but not much in the way of full length songs or actually published works of music. That being said I can't honestly say I was searching this particular site for actual music. This is again a free site to use with the creation of your free account that takes just about 5 seconds to create. :) - TJE

For the site above: Here's another I have been using in the last few days folks. This has tons of FREE MP3s available for download by search of title. This is a site much better for actual music songs in the MP3 format while the third listing is much better for actual sound effects. This one works really well with a little bit of searching involved you can find multiple versions and styles of the song or title that you are looking for. There is no account required for use of this site, just search, find, and be happy. ("I personally used this site to find my entire 73 song I-Tunes song list in MP3 format. It was free and easy to use and easy to find the songs that I was looking for in the format that I needed.") :) - RyDragon
