I think everything is looking much better o_O .. Maybe you need to boot up oblivion again and refresh your memory? .. Its even a big step up from F3 .. Its not mind blowing but tht why you don't get your hopes up .. its just another step .. about on par with the step up from oblivion to fallout 3.
