Thandal
My screenshot is of my "Available Content" tab. I'm asking what appears on your "Installed Content" tab. That's all. These are two different tabs, both found by selecting "Downloadable Content" from the main menu. (The third is "Download Progess", and it would show still other items.) Awakening is in my installed content tab. The only tab showing anything really is the installed content Tab. other then the 400 points I got, with - the 900 ripoff points. One last place to check is on your "Player Entitlements Page" on the BSN, here: "Player Entitlements". But presuming that still doesn't solve the problem, then it sounds like a true "EA Customer Service" issue. I have actually had pretty good luck with them ONCE I GOT IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE. That first step can take quite a while. I have also found that the Customer Support "Live Chat" is much more effective than trying to get through/understand on the phone. Thandal
Oh, and should have asked earlier: What kind of install, for DA:O and DA:A, (retail disc, Steam, D2D, EA Store's Direct Download)?

You'r probably right, because there is a lot of registered games lacking from my account, I had NWN, NWN 2 etc also registered, and I have never used any other email or password. Thandal
None of the older "BioWare" games (including NWN and ME1) will appear here. Only those since EA bought them. For the "legacy" games, you still have to go to the "BioWare Boards" and sign-in there with your old account (which is NOT linked to your EA account, BTW.) Just this week I pulled the ME1 patch 1.02 and "Bring Down the Sky" DLC that way. (Oh, and NWN2 wasn't a BioWare game. That was Obsidian... )

Ingux
Edit: lol I joined this a bit late... my browser didn't load the full first page so I didn't see the rest of your discussion, however... So you're saying it didn't show up in the Download Progress tab? Once you purchase a DLC while logged in it's automatically attributed to your EA account. As long as you're logged in and running DA:O with a clear internet connection (eg. no background dls) the program should communicate fine with the EA servers. Your purchased DLCs should be either in the 'Download Progress' tab or the 'Installed Content' tab. Often you need to manually start the DLC downloads in-game. The 'Availiable Content' bar should give a clear display of the DLCs you haven't purchased. Along with your remaining point balance and the option to buy it. Also, as Thandal stated, you can check what DLCs/bonuses have been registered to your Bioware/EA account in User Entitlements, if the DLC you bought is not listed there then there's definitely something wrong. If you got the reciept saying the sale went through then there's no reason you shouldn't have it... =( Hope it works out. =) Edited January 14, 2011 by Ingux
