WastelandAssassin
this can't be published, unless this outfit is found inside the New Vegas BSA archivesmeaning that if the model and textures of this outfit didn't come inside New Vegas, a mod that adds this can't be uploaded here if you do have the DLC for Fallout 3 and New Vegas, you can easily convert this yourselfmaking an item in the GECK is easy stuffalso, i'm pretty sure that someone wrote a guide about how to "port" mods from FO3 to New Vegas, but you'll have to search for this oneand if no such guide was written, i could tell you what to do, if you wantbut like i said, since you can't release this, no one can really make this for you (well, we can't release the model and all, but we can make the plugin, and tell you where to move the model and all) so, what do you say??

WastelandAssassin
well, first you need the GECK for New Vegas, for actually making the plugin that will allow you to use the armor in the gamethen you need to find the model and texture that this armor uses, copy them, and pasting them to your New Vegas directory, while keeping the same path, so that the textures will workthen you will need to create the plugin in the GECK just open the GECK, load the main New Vegas plugin, and let the GECK load (it may look like it's frozen, but it's loading, so let it finish)on the left side of the screen, you'll have the Object Windowclick on Items -> Armor, and click on an armor (it doesn't really matter which)right click on that armor, and choose Editchange the ID to something that you'll know, and click OKwhen asked if you want to create a new instance, click Yes then you need to find the new ID that you made, right click on it, and choose Editthen you need to rename the armor to whatever you want, change the model to the one you took from OA, and mess with the stats to fit your likingwhen you are done, save, name your plugin as you wish, and you are done  just a suggestion, when you choose an armor, don't take something that is faction related, unless you want the armor to be related to a factioni would suggest something like the combat armor as a base if you have any more specific question, like specific details, you are welcome to askgood luck :)

(sorry never used the GECK before) also what u said about choosing a item-editing it and so on, will that make a copy of the item which I can change to my liking or will it edit the existing combat armor for example? WastelandAssassin
well, to find the model and textures of the armor, you could open up the FO3 GECK, load OA as well, find the armor, and then find the path of the modelas for the textures, they should have the exact same path, just inside the Texture folder, not the Meshes folder as for the second question, that is why i said to change the ID, and then make a new instanceif you don't change the ID, you will just change the item you have selectedand if you do change the ID, and not make a new instance, well, this would probably be a really bad idea, as it would probably mess up your game so just give the item a new ID and make a new instance, and make sure to edit the new instance, not the original yeah, it's also late here, so i may not be here for too longso try it tomorrow, and i'll be here to assist some more, if you'll need it Edited January 9, 2011 by WastelandAssassin
