Adding "facial hair" to female models possible?

First of... i dont know if this is the correct forum to ask this in, but please forgive me if i posting in the wrong place

 

Ive been trying to figure out if it is possible to get the "facial hair" menu to appear in the female customize window?

 

Ive been messing around with the defaultcontent.ini and managed to get some of the civ heads / other race heads to appear in the customize window for Asian / Hispanic chars, but i was wondering if it would be possible to get it to call a custom copy of the female soldiers and and perhaps rename it to something else..

 

Reason for doing this is its possible to do something in the lines of what Lestroyer did in his facial hair mod and it would add an enormous amount of customization for female soldiers too..

 

I'm GUESSING you could do something in the lines of copy the texture file from facial hair for males, retexturing it (remove the beards / muttonchops) and have it called from the menu?

I mean something in the lines of this mockup i made (BAD photoshop skills.. i know)

i have been trying to figure this out myself by reading the different articles on the wiki page, like this one and this, but to be 100% honest.. its all greek to me as i have zero experience in coding / modding, other than with texmod and defaultcontent.ini editing which I've found out how to do by a lot of trail and error

 

if anyone can help with this it would be very much appreciated
