Visual Mod Help

Okay, i will be quite quick and simple. I am looking to install Four visual mods to my clean install of New Vegas. They are URWL, FNV Enhanced Shaders, Nevada Skies, and Electro-City. So my question is before i actually go and cock something up by messing around with load orders and ESP's and that  , I noticed there seems to be a slight conflicting problem between URWL and Nevada Skies. I see on Nevada Skies there is a compatibility patch and it seems to include URWL in it. I'm not quite sure how to go about installing the 4 without messing something up. Whats confusing me is that on the URWL page there is a new version that came out recently, and Nevada Skies has yet to have it updated, i wasn't sure if this will cause issues between the two if i were to download the recent URWL version and attempt to install Nevada Skies with it. So i was hoping someone could give me a quick and brief, but clear guide to installing the 4 mods without having any of them conflict.

Thank you very much in advancement  .

With thousands (really!) of mods, the probability of anyone installing those four together at the same time is extremely small, then remembering how they did it (if there were any problems) is even smaller.

Suggestion: Make a saved copy of your entire data folder - this could take a while if there are a lot of mods. Name it something like oldata. Now your game folder will have subfolders named \fallout new vegas\Data and \fallout new vegas\oldata

Then using the original version, with all of the original mods - go ahead and install them, one at a time and test in between each. If there is a problem, and you cannot fix it by removing the mod. Then delete the data folder and rename the oldata you made back to data. Just remember that if you need to do it again, the oldata is now gone and you will have to make a new copy.

Just having a recent backup copy of your data folder can save you from serious mod problems.

I have one from when I first installed the game - vanilla version with no mods named \vanilla-data

Plus several others - dated that I made when I knew I had a stable set of mods that I could go back to.

example: \Oldata1-10-11 would be a backup made today.

Thank you Bben, I appreciate the input, i will go and attempt to do some Trial and Error. Only way to figure this out, was only attempting to see if someone have a more effective way  I am quite sure i met you once or twice from Exnems museartx forums, I worked with StormRaven and Buddha there.
