Need help with skin textures.

I goofed guys.

 

I did a wipe on my NMM without a backup, now the flawless looking skins i had before for my character and the madiens are all gone now. Cant remember the order i had it in.

 

I KNOW i was using CBBE and the Mature Skin texture to go with it. Almost 100% sure...

 

Problem is, the body ends up looking fine, but the face looks god awful, like a decent tan skin, with a creamy plastic white looking face. Just dreadful.

 

Keep in mind id like to use Bijins Warmadiens mod too, so hopefully whatever you guys suggest wont effect them.

 

And while im at it, if you guys know of any presets that look good to one of these following, id love you forever.

Can you post a picture of the plastic face? It sounds like maybe the bump/normal map is missing/broken. The Mature Skin mod has both files separate. Did you download both the texture and the normal map (both for CBBE of course)? You can check by looking into the folder Steam/SteamApps/common/skyrim/Data/Textures/actors/character/ and there should be multiple folders including /female/ and /highelffemale/ and so on for multiple races. Inside these folders should be files that end in _msn (vanilla texture normal maps end in _n). If they aren't there, that means you need to download the normal maps for CBBE on the Mature Skin mod page. If they are there, try redownloading and reinstalling the normal maps anyway to see if they simply got corrupted or something.

 

Or it could even be the normal texture missing and only the bump map with vanilla textures, or something. If the above doesn't work post a screenshot, it may be more clear what's wrong if we can see it.

I wouldnt know how to really post a picture.

 

 

The skin itself is normal while the face looks like the vanilla granny faces. (color wise).

 

Like as pale as a dead corpse tbh.

 

I downloaded the CBBE main file.

 

Then Mature Skin

 

Then SG eyebrows + face textures.

 

Then ive tried going back through uninstalling all of them and trying one at a time and none of it works out. Either the (yes i made her naked, just for this instance so i can see whats going on until i get it right), breasts will be deformed looking with gaps in the hips (which means i needed to update, so i did), huge neck seams, or the body and face are two different colors completly.
